The images on this page are "Thumbnails" - if you click on one, a large sized version will appear, possibly larger than your screen.  What can you do with this larger image?  When it's completely displayed on your monitor, right click the larger image.  A menu will appear - select "Save Picture As..." (or whatever the Mac equivalent is) and save the image to your computer.  Then you can view the saved images at your leisure, using your favorite image viewing software (I prefer a free program called IrfanView) on your computer.  Or print them out.  Or email them to friends.  Or send them to people who aren't your friends...
